The Company

The S. Solís Group is a group of companies with over 60 years’ experience in the integral management and recovery of waste and secondary raw materials such as paper/cardboard, plastics, packaging, glass, and ferric and non-ferric metals. It has processing facilities in Andalusia, Extremadura and the Autonomous Community of Madrid. The group is currently a leading player in integral waste management, encompassing all processes from collecting, transporting, storing, sorting, recovering and recycling waste products through to making them available for use anywhere in Spain.

Reciclajes Merida was founded in 2010, with the aim of geographically expanding the service to the provinces of Cáceres and Badajoz. Currently, it has a treatment plant strategically located in the El Prado Industrial Estate, in Mérida (Badajoz), with 10,000 m2 dedicated to the management of RNPs and an annual treatment capacity of more than 25,000 tons. The management of agricultural plastic waste is of great importance.
