Councils and Government
Reciclajes Merida collaborates closely with municipal councils and government organisms through its Environment division. On one hand, we manage the waste generated in those entities’ own facilities, offices, etc., and on the other, we selectively collect waste from containers located in public spaces using vehicles specially designed for that purpose (fitted with self-supporting units).
We also offer technical support to their Environment Departments to improve their waste management, optimise collection routes, manage recycling centres and/or draw up waste management plans, periodically providing statistics and traceability information for inclusion in their annual reports.
Reciclajes Merida integrally manages recycling centres, from properly separating waste products into the appropriate containers to transporting and recycling them. We provide a specific solution for each type of waste, both the most commonly found materials (paper, cardboard, packaging, plastics, glass, etc.) and those which are less frequent (WEEE, wood, pruning waste, construction debris, hazardous waste, etc.).
