Confidential Document Destruction

Reciclajes Merida in collaboration with S. Solis S.A. certifies the destruction of any support containing information classed as confidential, in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. This will be done before a notary public, if requested. The destruction process adheres to the good practices detailed in standard UNE 15713:2010 Secure Destruction of Confidential Material, and guarantees the impossibility of recovering information to a degree comparable to level 4 shredding as defined in that standard.

S. Solís also offers the complete destruction of other products (CD cases, palletised material, etc.) and materials (textiles, biodegradable items, wood and wood derivatives, etc.), and transportation of shredded and destroyed waste to the dumping site.

S. Solís holds UNE-EN 15713:2010 certification.

SOLIS, S.A. is currently in the process of obtaining Intermediate Class certification in the NATIONAL SECURITY FRAMEWORK, in accordance with Royal Decree 311/2022, of 3 May, to ensure that both our physical handling of products and the information systems we use guarantee the confidentiality of the service provided, as set out in the established Security Policy.
